Reflections of the past takes a surrealistic glimpse back in time. The print highlights old Ford sitting alone in a grassy field that has been ravaged by time and the elements showing such decay as rust, grime, faded paint, and dry rotted flat tires. Upon closer inspection you see the car has been “hot-rodded” by a past owner sometime in it’s life. The sepia toned painting shows a print laying on top of how the Ford looked back in it’s day when it was the pride of a past owner with it’s deep candy red paint showing all the reflections of a “just detailed” day of polishing and waxing.
